Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Seedance 2.5 (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Seedance 2.5 provides AI video generation services through integration with the Seedance 2.5 model by ByteDance Nexus AI Pte. Ltd. Our Service acts as an intermediary platform that provides access to 30-second 720p video generation with support for reference images.

3. Content Disclaimer and Third-Party AI Processing

IMPORTANT: All video generation and content processing is performed by ByteDance Nexus AI Pte. Ltd. ("ByteDance") and its AI systems powered by the Seedance 2.5 model. Seedance 2.5 acts solely as an API gateway and access platform — we do not process, generate, or control the content of videos created through the Service.

ByteDance is responsible for:

  • All AI processing and video generation.
  • Content moderation and filtering.
  • Technical quality of generated videos.
  • Compliance with applicable ByteDance content policies.

Seedance 2.5 expressly disclaims responsibility for:

  • The content, quality, or nature of generated videos.
  • Any offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content that may be generated.
  • Technical issues or failures in ByteDance AI systems.
  • Any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property violations in generated content.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • Prompts, reference images, and other input data you provide to the Service.
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respecting the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Not attempting to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  • Your use of generated videos and compliance with applicable licenses.

5. Payment and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers:

  • YooKassa — bank cards and SBP (Fast Payments System) for users in Russia.
  • DigiSeller — international payments (cards, PayPal, WebMoney, cryptocurrency, and others).
  • Lavatop — international USD payments.

All payment processing is handled by these third-party providers. Seedance 2.5 does not store or process payment card information. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may be limited due to the nature of AI generation costs.

6. Intellectual Property

Generated videos and their content may be subject to ByteDance's terms regarding AI-generated content. Users should review ByteDance's policies on the use of AI-generated content.

Seedance 2.5 does not claim ownership of generated videos but retains rights to the Service platform and API.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seedance 2.5, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues with underlying ByteDance systems.

Generated videos are stored for 3 days. Download links expire with the file.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR where applicable.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service to:

  • Generate content that violates applicable laws.
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content involving real people without consent.
  • Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems.
  • Violate ByteDance content policies or terms of service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation for users in Russia and applicable international law for users in other jurisdictions. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
